Marj Johnson

Marj has been a Realtor for over seven years and a Broker for five, bringing a wealth of experience and professionalism to everything she does. Before real estate, she spent more than 20 years as a Certified Professional Accountant — a background that gives her clients a strong advantage when it comes to understanding the financial side of buying, selling, and investing.

She and her husband, Don, have built a full and busy life together. They have four wonderful adult daughters, two energetic grandchildren (ages six and four), and two more on the way in early 2026. Don, a Professional Engineer and former Commercial/Institutional Construction Superintendent, shares her passion for real estate and design.

Together, they’ve been renovating properties for nearly 25 years. After a brief “retirement” spent renovating a home on the island of Exuma in the Bahamas, they quickly realized they weren’t ready to slow down. They returned home and began renovating and building homes full-time.

In every project, she brings her eye for design to life — choosing finishes, planning layouts, and staging each space with care and creativity.
